Having identified the likely customer base, we begin the
time intensive process of soliciting and choosing from a
field of eligible candidates a representative sample of
potential customers.

and book a location in up to three regional areas and meet
with a group of six individuals at each location for approximately
two hours, asking them to participate in a dialogue specifically
targeting the information that our client would most want
to hear from their potential customer base. We collect notes
on their responses and videotape each session. Major manufacturers
love being a “fly on the wall” when it comes to hearing
the uncensored good and bad news from their target demographic.
